    • Program Length: There are 10 core blast circuits with progress goals. Each goal is suggested to be performed at 2 consistent and consecutive weeks before progressing. The program could be performed at a duration of 14 or more weeks. A beginner can expect to see great results in this timeframe. However, this program could be used for as long as needed. The Core Blast System goals are the following:
      • Beginner Level 1: 2 beginner level core workouts per week performed with consistent effort
      • Beginner Level 2: 3 beginner level core workouts per week performed with consistent effort
      • Beginner Level 3: 5 beginner level core workouts per week performed with consistent effort
      • Intermediate Level 1: 3 intermediate level core workouts per week performed with consistent effort
      • Intermediate Level 2: 5 intermediate level core workouts per week performed with consistent effort
      • Advanced Level: 3 advanced level core workouts per week performed with consistent effort
      • Train Like a Ranger Level: 5+ advanced level core workouts per week performed with consistent effort
    • Equipment Needed: None
    • Frequency: We provide program goals in the program but you may use this program as needed!
    • Recommended Fitness Level: All fitness levels are encouraged to engage in this program! We have provided options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
    • Full Description: There will be 10 core blast workout circuits for you to choose with goals to engage in. There will also be follow along interval timers and how to videos included to facilitate these workouts. The Core Blast System will also include nutritional information to aid in gains from the program. We hope you enjoy the Core Blast System!
