Transformations From TLR Programs!

I am a firm believer in you get what you put in. These are great workout programs, well thought out, and budget friendly. The nutritional advice included is also very helpful. It's all there for a reason and worth every penny!

TLR has been crucial for me as I prepare myself for SFAS. The knowledge packed into this plan has made for some serious results. The flexibility of having the options for both gym or at home workouts kept me training, even when I wasn't near a gym. 10/10 I would do this plan again and recommend to anyone I know who wants to better themselves!

I have made major progress in the past few months! Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey!

Danny is amazing at what he does, whether it’s his workout plans or replying back to a question on social media. Danny is professional as it gets and his products are beyond amazing. You are definitely getting what you pay for and more when you get any plan from his website. His social media motivates and inspires me to reach my goals and I can’t wait to incorporate more of his workout plans in my journey!

I was a decently fit guy in high school kind of just doing my own thing and training what I felt like. I joined the army and did well with PT in basic, but the TLR program picks up the massive amounts of slack that Army PT leaves. I followed the program from start to finish and it’s not even about the resulting looks for me. I feel faster, stronger, and lighter than I have ever before. I am 2 months into the program and will complete the program again in the coming months. I feel beyond prepared for my goals!
