Mission Statement

Train Like a Ranger was founded by Daniel Burnett, an Army Ranger Veteran, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ISSA Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, and athlete. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a minor in Biology and has worked in the fitness industry for years.

Train Like a Ranger, abbreviated as TLR, is a push to educate people on proper fitness routines. TLR also serves as a mechanism to educate people on transitioning, whether it be civilian to military, military to SOF, or military to civilian. TLR is a one stop shop for fitness, motivation, advice, and some pretty cool supporting merchandise.
